The Sony 1000 is a simple to use high resolution DVD recorder with some important cool features, like, impossible to overwrite last patient, even if you remove the disc, review, and reinstall the disc, next recording starts where you left off. Then there is the built in Hard Drive that records everything going to the DVD disc in case there is a power failure or a damaged disc, you can retrieve the Patient recording and re burn another DVD disc. No worries about loosing patient recordings. Other features include, optional Keyboard, to input patient name on the DVD disc file, optional foot pedal or hand held remote with search etc. Also a AED exclusive, optional mini LCD monitor to view the menu and what is being recorded. We can help with interfacing directly to certain Ultrasound Systems. If no direct interface is available we have simple manual setups using a small button to toggle between Record and Pause.
